80% for charity

Why?

The main goal of Globeletter is simple – to make the world a better place. How do we do that?

  1. By spreading the knowledge
We believe that if people have more knowledge about the world, they make better choices.
  2. By pulling out of the filter bubble
Nowadays it’s really hard to meet content you don’t like. Here you can. We are open to all perspectives so be aware that you may receive a story from a person who believes in something different than you. We do not ask you about your views to adjust the authors. Everyone gets randomly chosen stories written by diverse people.
  3. By bringing equality
80% of the profit goes to charities chosen by people who told a story of their country. At the end of each year, we send a transparent financial statement with a list of all the charities that received transfers.

More? Globeletter is rather straightforward…

Have you ever considered important:

  • to go outside your filter bubble,
  • to not talk cliché about the world’s future,
  • or to not be ignorant and see more than one perspective of world conflicts?

That priorities + clear curiosity about the world have been propelling the idea of Globeletter.

Besides, we strongly believe that everyone, regardless of their country, deserves to live a peaceful life of welfare so we made this project focused on charity.

If you can relate to these values, consider giving it a try. If not, that’s fine. Everyone is different. After all, if we were all the same, the world would be boring, and Globeletter would not be needed. 😶‍🌫️

The first month is free for everyone.

You will learn about Afghanistan, Albania, Algeria and Andorra during this time.

Then you can subscribe for 7$ monthly and learn about the rest of the world’s countries in the alphabetic order.

(and, of course, you will be free to opt-out at any time if you decide that it’s no longer interesting)

Sounds good?

Hope you’ll like it!

FAQ

No, articles are written by real people living in the countries they described.

Globeletter AI is only to answer your questions that you may have after reading an email.

Articles may excite curiosity, and that’s why we developed this feature. Now it’s a comprehensive source of knowledge about the world that we’re proud of 😄

If you receive an email regarding a particular country, you can just reply to the same email and expect a response within a minute.

Real People 😊
We look for people from each country in the world and ask if they want to write about their country. They do this because they believe in the same values as we do. They want to spread stories about all the corners of the world, not only about the rich ones.

Certainly. You can always find an unsubscribe link for the Globeletter at the bottom of every email.

Our articles are designed to be short and sweet, taking no more than 4 minutes to read (around 1000 words each). We understand that time is a precious commodity in today’s world.

No, for now, there is no direct option for any changes in the email schedule. Everyone gets them in alphabetical order. This topic is on our desk 😄 For the time being, you can ask our AI about topics that you are more interested in.  Feel free to hit us at welcome@globeletter.com if you have any thoughts on this matter.

Not yet, we’re on it 💪🏼

The series is about all 195 countries in the world, so it lasts 195 weeks, which is 4 years and 3 weeks. However, you can stay as long as you wish. At the bottom of each email is an unsubscribe link.

At the end of each year, all the subscribers receive a financial statement with a list of all the charities and the amounts of money we sent them.
